Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping with Luxe Interiorz we would hate for you to be unhappy with your item so we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully to assess your eligibility to return your item.

Dissatisfied with your product

We ask you to choose carefully but should your product not suit or is the incorrect size we are happy to provide you a store credit. You have 10 days to return your item from the date you received it, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, it must be in its original packaging, tags attached, not used, damaged, worn or washed and accompanied by proof of purchase. Luxe Interiorz Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny any store credit if the goods are not returned in the specified condition or timeframe. Store credits cannot be used to cover shipping costs.

Please be aware that we do not provide store credits on body products, underwear, home fragrances or jewellery.

It will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping costs for a returned or exchanged item. When returning an item we recommend you use a reputable carrier that offers tracking as we do not accept responsibility for the loss of items, if this occurs it may result in us being unable to process your store credit.

Sale Items

Please note there is no return on sale items, please choose carefully.

Faulty Goods

We will always ensure that your item is packed carefully and protected from damage. Should your item or garment be damaged, please forward images, details and proof of purchase for assessment via email where possible, to:

Once we have inspected your item and deemed it to be faulty, we are happy to offer a refund, store credit or exchange (subject to availability). All refunds are to be credited to the original card or account used at time of purchasing.

Before returning you must advise us of the return and complete the return form provided when you received your order.
