Shipping policy

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1- 3 days of payment during business hours Monday to Friday. Once your order is dispatched the delivery time is determined by the freight company and their delivery windows can vary depending on the area. An estimated timeframe on delivery should be received within 5 – 10 business days.

We can arrange delivery anywhere in Australia and costs will be determined at the time of checkout, the costs incurred will be subject to the items purchased.

We ship all orders via Australia Post or Aramex. Once your order is dispatched you will be advised by the courier with a tracking number either by sms or email.

If you are interested in purchasing larger items such as furniture or bulky items we will need to provide a special freight quote as most furniture items are pre-order, please contact us via email or phone to discuss shipping options.
